The bespoke machining and finishing of timber, particularly hardwoods, requires specialist knowledge. Timbmet’s machining operations combine this knowledge with groundbreaking technology to produce one million linear meters of mouldings every month.

 

We can machine profiles to order within 7 days and all our deliveries are polywrap-protected as standard.

 

Timbmet also offers a number of ‘added-value’ operations to its machining service. From a single sealer coat to a fully finished job, we specialise in finishing mouldings and are equipped with a special spray booth for finishing door frames, panels and other components.
